Relaxed and positive hour long group sessions for mums, running in a 6 week block where we'll join to explore some practical techniques to support the mind and body. We'll focus on breathing, visualisation, grounding and mindfulness. You'll learn about the benefits of these techniques and how to adapt them to your own practice.
