For mums and mums to be

Pregnancy and postnatal meditation filled with practical, enjoyable and relaxing techniques to support the body and mind through pregnancy and motherhood.

Motherhood leaves us with little time for ourselves, but we all know the sayings about fitting your own oxygen mask first, and not pouring from an empty cup! There's no Woo-Woo, no sitting like a monk, just a bit of much needed time for yourself guided by me, a fully accredited and insured meditation teacher, certified and registered with the British School of Meditation. We spend 9 months thinking about the hospital bag and birth plan, but we barely do anything to support ourselves in pregnancy and throughout motherhood. With a meditation practice, we can counter the feeling that we've been chased by a tiger, and replace it with feeling like we've just had a solo spa break.
