I started meditating 15 years ago as a stressed undergraduate. I quickly felt The impact from just weekly drop in classes, so I took the meditations I learnt home, added some others, and stuck with the ones that I enjoyed. One of my absolute favourites is Loving Kindness meditation.

 

My practice saw me through my degrees, moving abroad, building a career and becoming a mum to two incredible boys. It has been an anchor throughout the years and there’s always been a form of meditation that’s found me wherever I am and given me whatever I’ve needed.

Meditation truly is for anyone at any stage of life, and something I'm extra passionate about is meditation for mums and mums to be. As a mum of two I've experienced an incredible home birth, as well a premature induction and NICU stay. I've leant on my practice and love the clarity and connection it's given me in the absolute madness of motherhood.

I trained with the British School of Meditation in 2023, and in 2024 I handed in my notice at my full time job in higher education to focus on family and building my own business. Such a dream!

I work from my little home studio in the garden - my little piece of calm amongst the chaos. Incorporating themes of nature and the seasons into meditation is something I love to do in my work.
